How do I change my e-mail account on the healow app?

1. To change your e-mail account on the healow app, tap Check in: 2. Tap on the triangle in the upper left corner: 3. Tap the pencil icon in the upper left corner: 4. Scroll down to the e-mail field. Update your e-mail address and tap Done:   Your e-mail address is now updated on the app. Note: This update is not sent back to your doctor’s office. To update your e-mail address so that your doctor’s office also the information updated in their records, please update your demographics on your Patient Portal or contact your doctor directly to request the change.   For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

I asked my practice to change my name in their system and it’s now displaying correctly on my patient portal, but the change is not reflected on my healow app. How do I get my name updated within the healow app?

If your practice has changed your name name within their system and the same information has been updated on your patient portal website, but the name has not been updated on your healow Wellness app, please update your name manually within healow. Just click the Check-In window and tap the person icon in the top-left corner. The window will rotate and you can use the pencil icon in the top-left corner to edit your name. Log out of the healow app once you’re done and log back in to save and view your changes. For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

I have two appointments but the Check-In feature only shows one… why?

The Check-In feature displays only one appointment at a time. Appointments are displayed based on distance from your current location. If you are closer to one of the two offices, the QR code and details for that particular appointment will display first.     For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Why does it ask if I’d like to share information with my doctor?

The Check-In feature enables you to determine whether or not you would like to share information with a particular doctor. For example, if you have an appointment with a specialist and they accept healow, you have the option to share medical information with them.     For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Can I edit my demographics from the application?

Yes. On the Check-In window, tap the person icon in the top-left corner. The window will rotate and you can use the pencil icon in the top-left corner to edit your information.     For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
