Fitbit no longer supports API OAuth Login using Facebook or Google. When linking your Fitbit account to healow, a login screen managed by Fitbit will be presented to you. When logging in, you must use an email and password that is associated with your Fitbit account, as Fitbit no longer supports the ability for users to login using the Facebook or Google method. Please be advised that due to the recent discontinuance of the Moves app and the closure of Jawbone, healow is no longer receiving any data from these partners. You should be able to view historical data from both partners from the time you first linked your Jawbone or Moves account to healow, up to the day these partners discontinued their products. Using the health tracker feature in the healow app, patients can connect home health monitoring devices and wearables to their healow app account, giving providers the ability to check patients’ vital data through the healow Hub within the eClinicalWorks EMR. The following apps are compatible with healow trackers: Dexcom: Reports Fitbit: Heart Rate, Floors, Steps, Distance, Calories, BMI, Sleep Glooko: Blood Glucose, Reports Google Fit: Steps, Distance, Calories iHealth: Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Steps, Distance, Calories, BMI, Sleep, Qardio: Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, BMI Telcare: Blood Glucose Omron: Blood Pressure Welch Allyn Home: Blood Pressure, Withings: Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Temperature, Steps, Distance, Calories, BMI, Sleep -Activity Tracker is for manual entries only. -Google Fit is an integrated solution to healow. -All trackers can be used as manual trackers; a device is not required to use healow trackers. -To generate Dexcom Clarity Reports and My Glooko Reports, go to Blood Glucose Tracker -> Reports Please check back often as we are continuously adding new partners. Once the upcoming appointment time has passed, these appointments automatically move to your list of past appointments. To access your past appointments: 1. On the healow wheel, tap the My Records 2. On the Appointments window, in the Upcoming section, tap the Appointments icon at the bottom of the screen. A list of your past appointments with the doctor’s office is displayed on the screen. To sync healow appointments to your calendar: 1. On the healow wheel, tap the Appointments icon: 2. On the My Appointments window, select the appointment for which you would like to create a reminder: The Appointment Details window opens. 3. To set an appointment reminder, tap Reminder: 4. To enable the healow app to access your calendar, tap OK: Note: This request is a one time request. Once you agree, the app will have permission to access your calendar indefinitely. If you disagree, the app will not ask for this permission again, however you can still give the app permission by visiting the system Settings screen. 5. On the Appointment Details window, select the time preference for appointment reminders, and then tap Done: The appointment will be marked with a bell icon: Once the appointment reminder is active, you will receive a pop-up notification on your device. The reminder will be saved in your calendar: 6.
