Your past appointments are made available as soon as the scheduled appointment time has passed. Past appointments can be viewed under My Records > Appointments > Past Appointments on the healow app and on the Patient Portal. If the past appointments list is not displayed on either the healow app or the Patient Portal, contact your doctor’s office and request that they make it available.
