Where can I view my past appointments on the healow app?
To view your past appointments: 1. On the healow wheel, tap the My Records icon: 2. To view a list of your past appointments from your doctor’s office, tap Appointments at the bottom of the screen: Click Play to view a short video on how to view past appointments. How long does it take to view my past appointments on the healow app?
Your past appointments are made available as soon as the scheduled appointment time has passed. Past appointments can be viewed under My Records > Appointments > Past Appointments on the healow app and on the Patient Portal. If the past appointments list is not displayed on either the healow app or the Patient Portal, contact your doctor’s office and request that they make it available. How do I cancel an appointment on the healow app?

I am trying to schedule an appointment, but my doctor is not listed on the healow app.
If your doctor is not listed when you search for appointments under the Find Appointment section of the healow app, then your provider is not accepting appointments through the healow app. For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
