There are two ways to retrieve your PIN: Through your Patient Portal account Through the app To retrieve PIN through your Patient Portal Account: 1. Login to Patient Portal and click My Devices: A list of devices used for logging into the healow app will be displayed. 2. Select the device from which you want to retrieve the PIN. 3. Verify whether your steps have been updated with Fitbit®. If the steps have been updated, unlink the device from the healow app and re-link it. For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
The healow app displays vitals based on the last locked Progress Notes. Check the Progress Notes to ensure that these vitals are displayed on your Patient Portal. If this information is NOT up to date or NOT showing on your Patient Portal and in the healow app, contact your doctor’s office for assistance. To set an appointment reminder on the healow™ app: 1. On the healow wheel, tap the Appointments icon: 2. On the My Appointments window, select the appointment for which you would like to create a reminder: The Appointment Details window opens. 3. To set an appointment reminder, tap Reminder: 4. To enable the healow app to access your calendar, tap OK: 5. On the Appointment Details window, select the time preference for the appointment reminder, and then tap Done: The selected appointment will be marked with a bell icon: Once the appointment reminder is active, you will receive a pop-up notification on your device. The reminder will be saved in your calendar: 6. 1. Tap the list icon in the bottom right corner. 2. Select the entry that you want to update/delete. 3. Click Update or Delete. 4. Once you have updated/ deleted your entry, you will receive a confirmation message. Note: Only manually entered tracker data can be updated or deleted.
