While trying to retrieve my username and password, my listed phone number is incorrect. How do I update my phone number?

Typically, it takes less than five minutes for your healow verification code to get sent to you. If you did not receive the four-digit healow verification code, please verify that the phone number displayed is your most current phone number. If this is not your current phone number, please contact your practice and ask them to update their records.

If more than one healow verification code has been sent to you, please use the most recent code.
