To reset your password: 1. Tap FORGOT USERNAME OR PASSWORD?: 2. Select I have forgotten my password. Tap Next: 3. Enter your First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth as it appears in your doctor’s system. Tap Next: Note: if your demographics do not match your doctor’s records, the system will not be able to identify you. Common errors preventing mismatch in demographics include: spelling, nicknames, suffixes, hyphenated names…etc 4. Select Email or Phone to reset your password. Tap Next: Note: If you select Phone, a healow code will be sent to you via phone call or text message 5. An email with a link to reset your password has been sent to the registered email address: 6. Open your email and click/tap on the Reset My Password: 7. Enter your Date of Birth or Phone Number. Tap/click Validate: 8. Enter and confirm your new password. Tap/click Reset Password: 9. If you are having trouble logging in to the healow app due to a password or username related issue, the Easy Login feature will help get you gain access. To use Easy Login, please take the steps below: 1. If you are receiving the error below, tap Try Easy Login: 2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and DOB. Tap Continue: 3. Verify your account by selecting the phone number and the method for receiving the four-digit healow verification code. Tap Send Code: 4. A four-digit healow verification code will be sent to you, based on your selected preferences. Once you receive the code, enter the code and tap Verify: 5. Create a new password for your account. Please contact your doctor directly for the accounts that you are trying to link, and verify that the First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Gender are exactly the same for both practices.
