If you receive the Invalid username and/or password error on your first login attempt, please follow these steps: 1. Tap Ok. 2. Try your username and password one more time and tap Login. 3. If the username and password is incorrect on the second attempt, you will be redirected to a screen where you can retrieve your username and/or password. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and DOB. Tap Continue. 4. Verify your account by selecting the phone number and the method for receiving the four-digit healow verification code. Tap Send Code. 5. A four-digit healow verification code will be sent to you based on your selected preferences. Once you receive the code, enter the code and tap Verify. 6. Create a new password for your account. Tap Login. 7. Assign a four-digit PIN to your healow app account. Congratulations! To log in for the first time: 1. Review the tour of healow App by swiping to the right. 2. Tap Get Started when you’re ready to begin: 3. If you know your practice code, enter it in the Enter Practice Code OR If you do not know what your practice code is, tap Find My Doctor to search for you doctor’s office by their practice name or provider name: 4. In the Advanced Search, specify if you would like to search by Provider Name, Practice Name, or Practice Code. Enter the location of your doctor’s office and tap Search. 6. Select your practice from the list of results: 7. Enter your Patient Portal username and password: 8. Select who the account belongs to and tap Login: 9. Read the consent form (Terms of Use Agreement), and then tap the I Agree to the Terms & Conditions button: 10.
