To schedule a reminder: 1. Open your Meds Cabinet and tap the No Reminders tab. 2. Select the medication on which you’d like set a reminder. 3. Select Add Reminder and select your preferred options for the reminder (repeat daily, weekly, time, etc.) 4. Select the Done button to complete. No, the healow app does not have two-way communication beyond the Messages feature, so it cannot send data back to the doctor’s office. The Meds Cabinet is used only for your personal organization and coordination of the medications you take. Be sure to toggle between your Reminders and No Reminders tabs. Until you schedule your medications, they will be listed under the No Reminders tab. Yes. Under the medication name, tap the Please Enter A Nickname option. A keypad displays to enter your new label name. Back on the Meds Cabinet screen, the new label displays in bold above the medication name. For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
