No, the healow app does not have two-way communication beyond the Messages feature, so it cannot send data back to the doctor’s office. The Meds Cabinet is used only for your personal organization and coordination of the medications you take. If your doctor’s office allows medication refills from the Patient Portal, you can also do it with the healow app! 1. In your Meds Cabinet, click the “+” icon in the top-right corner. Two options display: Add New Medication or Request Refill. 2. Select Request Refill 3. Complete the request in the same manner you would for sending a message. Only request refills for medications prescribed by the doctor’s office linked to your main account can be refilled.
