Why can I no longer see Vitals, Insurance, Allergies, and Problems under My Charts on the healow app?

If you could see Vitals, Insurance, Allergies, and Problems under the My Chart section of the healow app previously, and do not see this information today, please contact your provider and ask them to make the information available to you.   For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.  

How do I view my sent messages on healow app?

Currently, there is not an option to view sent messages on the healow app. To view sent messages, we recommend logging into your patient portal. For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

How should I proceed if the drop-down options are blank when sending a message on the healow app?

How should I proceed if my lab results are not listed on my healow app?

If your lab results are not published on the healow app, please check your Patient Portal account. If they are not available under your Patient Portal, please contact your practice directly and request them to publish your labs. If your lab results are available on Patient Portal but are not available on the healow app, please click on the link below to submit a support case.   For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
