How do I view my visit summary on the healow app?

1. To view your visit summary, tap My Records: 2. Tap Appointments: 3. Select an appointment under Past Appointments. Tap View. 4. Tap Visit Summary:    Click Play to view a short video on how to view your visit summary on the healow app. For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Can I print my records from the healow app?

Currently, printing from the healow app is not available. To print, please log on to healow.com or your patient portal with the same username and password and print from one of these locations.   For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

What if my online health record needs to be updated?

Please contact your doctor to request an update.  Once your doctor updates your health information, your online record will be updated automatically the next time you log in.     For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

How do I create a message?

To create a message: 1. Click My Accounts and select the account from which to send a message. 2. From the Messages screen, tap the pencil icon to begin creating a new message. 3. On the To screen, select the destination for the message: 4. Select a Facility/Provider if required. 5. Enter a short descriptive subject in the Subject line: 6. Type your message into the text field and click Send when you are finished. Your message is sent to the doctor.   Click Play to view a short video on how to create a message. I can send a message to my PCP, but I don’t have the option to send one to my specialist… why?

The Messages feature is practice-specific feature that controlled through the Patient Portal by each individual practice. If the feature is enabled by the practice, messages can be sent to that practice. If if the feature is not enabled by the practice, messages cannot be sent to the practice via the healow app     For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
