There are two ways to read your incoming messages – from the Home screen and from My Accounts. To view messages from the Home screen: At the bottom of your Home screen, the 10 most recent messages display. Use your finger to scroll up to view your messages. To view messages from My Accounts: 1. Tap the My Accounts icon on the top left corner and select your account. 2. Tap Messages to see all of the messages in your inbox. 1. On the button wheel, tap My Records. 2. Tap the Results icon. 3. Your Portal account opens. 4. Your Labs window opens and displays all labs that have been posted by the doctor’s office. Check your Patient Portal to see if the lab appears there. If it does not, then the lab has not been published by the practice. Contact your provider to have the results published to your Portal and app. For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
The paper icon indicates that the doctor has included notes on this lab that you can read. To read them, tap the Notes by Doctor icon at the bottom of the screen to view the notes . All of the information in My Chart is read-only and cannot be edited. However, with the new My Trackers feature, you will be able to maintain your BMI, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar and daily activity yourself.
