My Fitbit steps are not synchronizing with the healow app. How can I update the steps?

Verify whether your steps have been updated with Fitbit®.  If the steps have been updated, unlink the device from the healow app and re-link it. For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

How do I delete/update an entry from my trackers?

1. Tap the list icon in the bottom right corner. 2. Select the entry that you want to update/delete. 3. Click Update or Delete. 4. Once you have updated/ deleted your entry, you will receive a confirmation message.   Note: Only manually entered tracker data can be updated or deleted. Data that comes in from a linked device cannot be deleted.   Click Play to view a short video on how to delete/update a tracker entry.   For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

How do I link a device to my tracker?

1. Tap the Trackers icon: 2. Tap Add Trackers: 3. A list of available trackers displays. Tap a tracker for details about how it functions and what information it tracks. To link a device, tap Set Up My Device. 4. Tap Connect under one of our supported vendors. You will be redirected to the vendor’s login page where you will be prompted to enter your username and password for your account:    5. Once you log in, you will see that your device has been linked. Tap Cancel to exit. 6. Your synced data is available to view under My Trackers: To see a list of your linked devices, tap Settings, and then tap Linked Devices:        For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
