I forgot my PIN. How do I retrieve it?

There are two ways to retrieve your PIN: Through your Patient Portal account Through the app To retrieve PIN through your Patient Portal Account: 1. Login to Patient Portal and click My Devices: A list of devices used for logging into the healow app will be displayed. 2. Select the device from which you want to retrieve the PIN. 3. Will healow Mom automatically notify my provider when I am in labor?

healow Mom will not automatically notify your provider that you are in labor.  However, you can use the Labor Announcement or messaging features to alert your provider.   For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

How do I create a Labor Announcement?

To create a Labor Announcement: 1. From the healow wheel, tap 2. Tap Labor Announcement. 3. Tap the pencil icon to create your message. 4. Type the message in the box, and tap Save. 5. Next to your recipients’ names, tap one of the following options: E-mail: to send this message to the recipient by e-mail Text: to send this message to the recipient by text message Both: to send this message to the recipient by e-mail and text message 6.When you are ready to send your message, tap the airplane icon.   For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
