Is it possible to link the same accounts on different devices using the healow app?

Which demographic information is required to match if I am trying to link another practice to my account using the healow app?

The patient’s first name, last name, and date of birth are required to match in both practices’ systems to link the accounts successfully.  Please contact your doctor’s office to correct any incorrect information in the file.

I forgot my PIN. How do I retrieve it?

There are two ways to retrieve your PIN: Through your Patient Portal account Through the app To retrieve PIN through your Patient Portal Account: 1. Login to Patient Portal and click My Devices: A list of devices used for logging into the healow app will be displayed. 2. Select the device from which you want to retrieve the PIN. 3. Click Retrieve Pin to see the four-digit PIN you had previously assigned: For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

How do I change my e-mail account on the healow app?

1. To change your e-mail account on the healow app, tap Check in: 2. Tap on the triangle in the upper left corner: 3. Tap the pencil icon in the upper left corner: 4. Scroll down to the e-mail field. Update your e-mail address and tap Done:   Your e-mail address is now updated on the app. Note: This update is not sent back to your doctor’s office. To update your e-mail address so that your doctor’s office also the information updated in their records, please update your demographics on your Patient Portal or contact your doctor directly to request the change.   For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
