I can only see Labs and Appointments on healow Mom under Records. Where are my other Records?

If you do not see Estimated Due Date, Visit Notes, Pregnancy Risks, and Past Pregnancies under Records, please contact your provider directly and request them to make it available to you.   For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Do I have to link my healow Mom account to my practice to view my medical records?

Why can’t I see my lab results?

If you do not see your lab results, your provider may have not published them to the Patient Portal.  If your results have been published and you still do not see your records, contact the healow Consumer Support team.   For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

What if my online health record needs to be updated?

Please contact your doctor to request an update.  Once your doctor updates your health information, your online record will be updated automatically the next time you log in.     For additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
